This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not identify individual visitors.
When you email us, we use your details only to reply. We do not sell or share personal data.
The About us page shows a Google map, but it only loads if you click “Open map”. Once opened, Google receives data about your visit (such as your IP address) and may set cookies. If you prefer, use the “Open in Google Maps” link.
Donations are processed by the payment providers themselves (bank, PayPal or donation shop). In our transparency reports, donors appear by initials only.
Protecting children and vulnerable adults
- We publish photos of children only with the consent of their parents or guardians.
- We never publish a child’s name, face and village together.
- We tell the community’s stories with respect: people are the protagonists, not objects of pity.
